1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup psyllium husk
1/4 cup onion powder,
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill or flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Grate zucchini and let grated zucchini sit in a colander lined with a towel for at least 15 minutes, allowing excess water to drain off.
Squeeze the zucchini in the towel to remove more liquid.
In a medium size bowl mix grated and drained zucchini, onion powder, psyllium husk, flaxseed, herbs, pepper and salt.
Place the mucvers into dehydrator seperately so that they won’t stick
Dehydrate at 46 degrees for 8 hours
Serve with: garlic-lemon yogurt sauce or slices of fresh tomato.
