1 cup oat flour
1 cup almond flour
1 cup psyllium husk
1 cup zucchini – peeled and chopped
1 cup water
1 tea spoon lemon juice
1 table spoon dried basil, thyme and rosemary
11/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
Mix the flax seed with oat, almond flour, psyllium husk and water in a large bowl.
Put the chopped zucchini, lemon, salt and turmeric in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the blended mix into the dry mix and stir until well combined.
Cut the mix into loafs.
Sprinkle the dried herbs on top.
Put in the dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 43 degrees for 12-14 hours.
