|30 min||1 pizza for 2 people||3 cups zucchini, peeled and chopped|
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup psyllium husk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 tablespoon of fresh herbs or 1 tablespoon dry herbs of your choice
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup ground flax seed
|1 cup of zucchini, peeled and chopped|
1 cup white sesame seeds, soaked
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
Preparation of the crust:
Blend all ingredients except the flaxseeds in the food processor.
After blending all ingredients, mix the ground flax seed and process for a few seconds.
Spread the mixture into dehydrator sheet in the form of a pizza.
Dehydrate for 8 hours at 46 degrees.
Then flip in on to the mesh screen and dehydrate until completely dry.
Preparation of hummus:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Preparation of pizza:
Spread the hummus on the pizza crust. Garnish it with olives, marinates spinach or mushrooms according to your choice.
