1 banana, peeled
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup dates (soaked and pitted)
2 tablespoon psyllium husk
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dried berries and fruits of your choice
1/2 cup coconut syrup or raw sweetener of your choice
Fruits of your choice for topping
For the crust;
Mix 1/2 cup cashew, oatmeal, banana, dates and psyllium husk and pinch of salt in a food processor until well mixed.
Put the mix into dehydrator for 8 hours or dehydrate overnight for the crispy crust.
For the cream;
Mix the rest of the of the cashew with coconut oil, coconut syrup, vanilla and lemon juice at a hight speed processor.
Set aside in the fridge for a better texture for 3 hours.
Chop the fruits of your choice and mix them with dried fruits and dress your pizza!
