I crave for carbs before or after exercising. This recipe I tried serves my carb needs in the healthiest way and natural way. Carrot has the highest amount of carbohydrates within all vegetables. In the recipe, I balance the carbohydrate levelt of carrots with zucchini. While walnuts and mulberries are increasing the satisfaction, tahini makes the final touch in terms of taste and texture. 2 medium zucchini
1 table spoon tahini
1 table spoon turmeric
1/2 tea spoon himalayan salt
1 table spoon lemon
1/2 table spoon red pepper
1 tea spoon olive oil
Spiralize the zucchini and carrots just like noodles using a spiralizer.
For the sauce, blend the tahini, turmeric, lemon sauce, salt and red pepper in the food processor.
Mix the sauce and noodle shaped carrot and zucchini in a bowl.
Place the walnut crumble and mulberries on top.
You can garnish with dill and parsley.
