15 minserves for 21 cup almond pulp
1 lemon zest
5 dates, pitted
2 tablespoon organic oatmeal
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
5 walnuts
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon coconut syrup or coconut sugar


First mix the almond pulp and dates in the food processor. Then add the oatmeal and pulse for a few second. After having a crunchy texture add the other ingredients and pulse until they mix well. Roll them as balls and garnish according to your desire. I prefer dipping into shredded coconut or superfoods!
